Congressional Medal of Honor Society
Formed by an act of Congress in 1958, the Congressional Medal of Honor Society is made up of America’s most decorated military heroes—the Medal of Honor Recipients. These are the few who didn’t just answer the call of duty; they rewrote the standard. Today, they carry their mission forward in civilian life, championing the values that defined their service: courage, sacrifice, integrity, commitment, patriotism, and citizenship. With each passing year, the number of living Recipients grows smaller—but the urgency of their message grows stronger. That’s where the Society steps in. Through dynamic Outreach and Education programs and the Medal of Honor Museum, they preserve these legacies and pass on these powerful values to the next generation.
Tango 3 aligns with this mission: to serve, remember, and inspire. By amplifying the voices of these heroes, we help others recognize that greatness isn't about medals—it's about character. And every one of us has the potential to lead with it.
